Steve Conley is founder and CEO of We Care Worldwide, Inc. and drives the company's business strategy, oversees Sponsorship acquisition, and manages key projects for clientele.   Steve’s life and business experiences include managing the careers of Professional Boxers; starting a boxing promotions company; becoming the first independent operator of an Allstate Insurance Agency in the State of Missouri; starting and operating a website design and hosting business; coordinating an International AIDS Summit and largest AIDS awareness concert in history in Nairobi, Kenya; and  producing one of the largest Supermarket of Veterans Benefits Expos in U. Joyce Coleman is Chief Operating Officer of We Care Worldwide, Inc.  and oversees the company's day-to-day operations, assists in strategic planning, and helps with key projects. Joyce has over 22 years experience at the senior management level in the air transport industry, and more than a decade of experience as a consultant in the areas of customer-focused enterprise, peak performance, personal development, and business process optimization. Marcelle Rhone is Director of Training for We Care's Young Entrepreneur Training. She coordinates curriculum development, class scheduling, guest faculty participation and classroom instruction.  Marcelle has over twenty years of experience in developing and implementing programs in community development and Early Childhood Education, including securing funding for new and existing programs. She is a project consultant in design, implementation, oversight and evaluation of human development and training programs. Marcelle also has fifteen years experience in developing curricula for international and national organizations related to educational attainment, and culture and gender issues.

Rodney Johnson is Manager of Sales and is responsible for new client acquisition and project management.  He is also responsible for developing sales team members.  Rodney has years of experience in sales and in managing teams.

We Care Worldwide, Inc. has a worldwide sales staff , and is constantly seeking to add to this group in order to service its growing client roster and product lines.
